About the Course

Created by internationally renowned trainer Thom Bond, the Compassion Course has been running for over 14 years, reaching more than 50,000 participants across over 120 countries and in 20+ languages worldwide.

This group is for anyone interested in learning the basics of NVC and building more authentic, loving relationships. We work in close partnership with Thom Bond and follow the exact syllabus from the Compassion Course Compassion Course website.

This course is designed for beginners. You just need to be open and curious about forming authentic, loving relationships. No prior NVC knowledge is required.

Nonviolent Communication (NVC), developed by Marshall B. Rosenberg, is a communication approach based on principles of nonviolence. It focuses on empathic connection, understanding, and resolving conflicts peacefully. NVC encourages authentic self-expression, empathic listening, and identifying underlying feelings and needs.

Three parts: (1) Weekly live Zoom sessions, (2) Written lesson plans based on Thom Bond's curriculum, (3) Optional one-to-one facilitator support. Plus a WhatsApp community for ongoing connection.

Thom Bond's weekly English lessons are translated into Hindi and shared on WhatsApp. All live Zoom sessions are conducted in Hindi.
