The CC English experience for the second year in a row continues to be my grounding practice for the week. The course structure, the breakout rooms and harvest times with the fellow participants has deepened my emotional awareness. It has particularly helped me in navigating difficult conversations in my personal life without getting overwhelmed and staying strong and present.

The CC journey has been an eye opener. Never realised there would be so many layers to my feelings and needs. Every session has opened up a new insight into the way my default wiring is. And the practice sessions have thrown light on new ways of being. I would strongly recommend this journey to anyone who is looking for a deeper dive into the framework of NVC even if you are new to it. The facilitators embody the work — and hence the space is authentic and safe and transformative. If not for this journey many relationships would have eroded; instead they have now blossomed.

This is my 3rd year attending the Compassion Course. I returned not only for the content but also for the sense of community which now feels like an extended family. Repeating the course has helped reinforce and deepen concepts I learned previously. Both the organizers and participants bring professionalism and thoughtful insight. The experience goes beyond reading Thom Bond's work — it includes engaging with diverse perspectives, including those that challenge the material. That depth of discussion has been especially valuable. The organizers do an excellent job managing the sessions by keeping them focused, on schedule, and respectful of everyone's time. Their genuine commitment to NVC is evident, and their willingness to be open and vulnerable makes the learning environment more relatable and impactful. Overall, it has been a meaningful and enriching experience.

I am sincerely in love with Thom Bond's English course that Jaya Sengupta introduced me to. I was able to walk down the 'less travelled road' with my facilitators and co-seekers on a beautiful journey of learning, unlearning and relearning about human nature with its limitations and its abundance — an interwoven paradox that made my soul and mind grow. I feel grateful for each one of the co-travellers.

I feel fortunate to have been introduced to the Compassion Course. My sincere thanks to Ravish for guiding me on this journey, and to facilitators Fatema and Pallavi for supporting me through the registration process and helping me begin on a positive note. Participating in the weekly reading and practice sessions helped me engage deeply with the content shared by Thom Bond. The structured prompts at the end of each week encouraged consistent reflection and practice. I found this space to be truly non-judgmental, where everyone came forward to listen and support one another in the best possible way. This experience has inspired me deeply, and I find myself sharing these learnings whenever I get the opportunity.
